Referral terms

Who can take part

Lookover referrals are for eligible U.S. residents with an active account. Choose a household you manage and pay for through the Lookover website, or a free household that will subscribe there. Apple and Google subscriptions are not eligible for this offer.

Your friend must use your link when creating a new account, complete any required invitation code and residence checks, and pay for a subscription through the website. The referral is recorded when their email or sign-in provider is verified. It cannot be added later or replace an earlier referral.

Inviting someone into your existing household is separate and does not earn a referral reward. Referring yourself, opening additional accounts for rewards, or using another household of your own does not qualify.

When you earn credit

You earn $9.99 in subscription credit after 30 days have passed since your friend’s first qualifying U.S.-dollar payment. Free starts, trial invoices and zero-dollar invoices do not qualify. The payment must be completed, with no refund or dispute.

You may earn up to 12 rewards per calendar year, measured in UTC. Reversed rewards still count toward that limit. Closing a subscription alone does not reverse a reward for a qualifying payment.

How credit is used

Credit is applied to future website-billed renewal invoices for your selected household, up to the eligible amount before tax. It does not refund earlier payments or reduce charges made by Apple or Google. Any unused balance carries forward without an expiration date while your account remains active.

You can change the household for future credit use. Credit already reserved on an invoice remains associated with that invoice until it is paid or the reservation is released. If your selected household closes or changes manager or payer, choose another eligible household.

Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person. Deleting your sign-in account forfeits unused credit. A refunded or disputed referral payment may remove unused credit from that referral; Lookover will not charge you to recover a discount already used.

Sharing and privacy

Share your link with people who want to hear from you. Say plainly that you may receive a subscription credit. Do not send spam, buy signups, promise benefits outside this offer or misrepresent Lookover. No review or positive review is required.

Your referral page shows qualification status and credits without your friend’s name, documents or payment details. Lookover keeps the referral and payment evidence needed to administer rewards and prevent abuse. Limited financial and anti-abuse records may remain after account deletion, generally for seven years after their last financial activity. Active unused credit and unresolved invoice records remain until resolved. If you change your verified email, a protected identifier links the old and new addresses for reward eligibility; it contains neither email address. This link stays while related referral records remain, or for seven years after its last use, to prevent repeat rewards from account deletion or address changes.

Lookover may pause new referrals. Existing qualifying referrals remain subject to the offer recorded when the account was created. Suspected errors or eligibility questions can be raised through Support.
